Position

Daan heads Van Doorne’s Funds & Investment Management practice group. He specialises in the establishment of investment funds, including private equity / venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, retail funds (UCITS and non-UCITS) and fund of funds. Daan also advises asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors on matters such as discretionary and fiduciary asset management and asset pooling, and provides regulatory advice in relation to collective and other forms of asset management.
