Mads Kjellerup DambækAccura Advokatpartnerselskab

Accura Advokatpartnerselskab is well equipped to handle the full spectrum of banking and finance transactions, with the team divided into three sub-teams: borrower and lender financing; fund financing and alternative investments; and regulation and financial institutions. Renowned for its strong corporate expertise, the team stands out in M&A financing, and has a strong presence across the insurance, pension and asset management sectors. The team is co-led by the ‘extraordinarily knowledgeable’ Kim Toftgaard and Mads Kjellerup Dambæk. Toftgaard is well versed in acquisition, real estate and structured financing, while Dambæk handles complex transactions and regulatory matters for the boards of directors and management teams of financial institutions. Other key contracts include Kristian Kaltoft Nielsen, who is dominant in fund formation and alternative investment work, and Jannie Schibler, whose broad knowledge covers complex financing and debt transactions.
