Anne-Sophie advises domestic and international clients in connection with large renewable energy projects and transactions, including on- and offshore wind and solar projects. In that connection, she has accumulated extensive insight into the energy industry and its regulatory landscape, including identifying and managing risks and opportunities within ESG.
Anne-Sophie has vast experience of offtake agreements, including in particular corporate power purchase agreements, advising both buyers and sellers on the drafting and negotiation of alle contractual matters relating to offtake. Anne-Sophie assists with offtake agreements originating from both domestic and foreign energy projects, and as regards corporate power purchase agreements, she has been involved in energy projects with a capacity of more than 2,000MW.
