Dan Ermose is part of Accura’s IPR and IT & Outsourcing Teams.
Dan has a broad international legal background with expertise in life sciences and IT and technology law. He has vast experience with the drafting and negotiation of complex proprietary agreements, including R&D agreements, technology transfer agreements and licence agreements.
Dan has thorough knowledge of and practical experience with the life sciences industry, including the special regulatory matters and industry-specific codes of ethics. He advises a high number of international manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and feed in respect of contractual and regulatory aspects relating to the development, production and marketing of products in Denmark.
Moreover, he advises businesses both within the life sciences industry and other industries concerning IT and technology law issues, including system acquisition agreements and licence agreements, IT security and personal data protection. Dan is a certified IT attorney and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
