Jakob Østervang is a partner in Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.
Jakob is one of the most experienced renewable energy transaction lawyers in Europe, having been involved in the drafting and negotiation of all contractual matters relating to M&A transactions. In addition to Danish projects and transactions, Jakob has been involved in several foreign projects and cross-border projects, including projects in China, the USA, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Poland, the Netherlands, France and Italy, comprising more than 3,000 MW.
Jakob has gained substantial experience from being responsible for providing full-range legal services for various renewable energy projects onshore and offshore, including development projects.
