Anders Hørlyck Jensen is a partner in Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.
Anders’s work includes the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements and claims management within the renewable energy industry, including on- and offshore wind and Power-to-X.
For many years, Anders has negotiated complex agreements globally, including supply agreements and partnership agreements. He also handles complex claims and works closely with commercial and contract managers with a view to being able to ensure that the most optimal commercial model is implemented during a negotiation.
Anders also has extensive experience of mediation and dispute resolution.
