Career
Daniel Haue Jakobsson is a partner in Accura’s Dispute Resolution Team.
Daniel specialises in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. He resolves and conducts major commercial disputes, particularly in the form of litigation and arbitration proceedings, and he also specialises in international private law (conflict of laws) and procedural law.
Daniel provides specialised advisory services on a number number of cases within insurance law and the law of damages, particularly concerning commercial and product liability, advisors’, directors’ and management liability, contractual liability, issues in respect of financial businesses, M&A disputes and construction contract liability. Moreover, he advises on general commercial law matters, including drafting of all types of commercial contracts.
Daniel has extensive experience in advising large international and global businesses and, in 2018, he obtained an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation & Arbitration (with academic honours) from New York University, which has provided him with a strong international network and an international approach in his advice.
Daniel joined Accura in 2019 after having worked with Horten since 2011. Moreover, Daniel has been posted to CSC Danmark.
