Career

Luise Christensen is a partner in Accura’s Real Estate Team.

Luise specialises in the sale and purchase of real estate and has many years’ experience in completing large real estate transactions from the drafting and negotiation of the contractual basis to the completion of due diligence and financing of the transactions. 

In addition, Luise works with project development cases in relation to residential, business and logistics properties where she guides the client through the transaction and development process from site acquisition, over the construction process and to the resale of the finished building, e.g. in the form of a project sale, sale and leaseback constructions, etc. 

In that respect, Luise advises the client on legal and commercial matters relating to real estate. Luise also works with general company law, construction law, business lease law and litigation.
 
Luise provides advice to both Danish and international clients, including private and institutional investors and developers. Moreover, Luise advises professional landlords of business and residential properties.
