Francesco is Partner, Head of Public & Admin Law Team in Deloitte Legal Italy.
Before joining Deloitte Francesco was a member the law firm “Polis Avvocati di Laforgia, Castellano, Di Cagno, Milani, Bello e Associati“ leading the Administrative law practice.
He assists private companies operating in the renewable energy sector in projects for the construction of renewable plants (solar, biomasses etc.) or in acquisition projects. Francesco gives his legal support to Public companies and authorities in the implementation of anticorruption and transparency law provisions, and to companies in environmental procedures and environmental crimes according to the applicable laws.
Education
Francesco graduated from the University of Bari and took public Law specialization at “School for the specialization in Science of Constitutional Autonomies”. He is a Lawyer Qualified to exercise before the High Courts (State Council and Supreme Court).
