Position

Grégoire Tribolet is a Partner and Co-Head of our Banking and Finance Group in Geneva. He is a specialist in banking, financial services and corporate law. With a focus on servicing clients in the financial industry, he covers a broad range of specialized services, including regulatory compliance, licensing applications and proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Grégoire has also developed niche expertise in fintech solutions, blockchain and data protection.
