Ebba Perman Borg heads up Schjødt’s Swedish office and its Tax practice and specialises in structuring and tax matters relating to private equity, M&A, and capital markets. She has extensive experience in fund structuring, real estate transactions, incentives, tax litigations, sustainability, and ESG.
She regularly represents large clients in private equity, investment management, banking, industry, tech, energy and utilities, media and telecom, and real estate on some of their most complex and cutting-edge transactions and risk management.

Ebba holds a Master of Laws from the University of Gothenburg and Université de Toulouse from 2006 and qualified as a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 2011. She joined Schjødt in 2021 after 15 years with an international firm, working out of Stockholm, Luxembourg and Paris.
