Career
Jesper Fahlgren specializes in public procurement and public contracts. He has particular experience representing suppliers and contracting authorities in review procedures in court and advising on tender documentation, tender offers, and public contracts. Jesper Fahlgren joined the firm in 2021. Before joining Schjødt, he practised law for two and a half years at another law firm. In 2019, Jesper was awarded in the Swedish Competition Authority’s annual essay competition for his thesis on the scope for corrections of errors and clarifications in tenders pursuant to the Swedish Public Procurement Act.
