Experience

• Joined Reddy Charlton in 2007
• Partner in Reddy Charlton’s litigation department, dealing with all aspects of commercial and civil litigation
• Particular expertise in the resolution of property related disputes and related fields including construction law and professional negligence. Peter has also acted in a number of property arbitrations relating to compulsory acquisitions of commercial and residential property, an area which has become a core practice area of the firm
• Advises clients on Landlord and Tenant law, representing both commercial landlords and tenants. Peter also regularly acts for management companies, pension funds and asset managers
• Represents clients involved in the various forms of alternative dispute resolution and routinely handles cases before the High Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal
• Advises the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Service of Ireland on the application of bankruptcy and personal insolvency legislation
