Career

Juan Casanueva joined ONTIER in 1986 and became a Partner in 2002. He specialises in Crime Law, focusing on offences related to business activities, white-collar and corporate crime. He has represented important clients in all the aforementioned areas, both as prosecutor and advocate, taking part in several high-profile proceedings. Since 2007 he combines the legal practice with a teaching career at ICADE’s MA in Corporate Law.
