Milena assists public and private clients with formulating strategies for and planning and completing complex IT procurement by proof-of-concept and code camps, etc. She has extensive experience in big, complex negotiation processes and the subsequent implementation and contract management of IT contracts. It is important to Milena to understand and support the client's business and needs in order to create value, ensure project progress and create the framework for a good relationship between the customer and the supplier. This is done by helping the parties understand the contract(s), negotiations and dispute resolution, etc during the project period.
