Tom Holsøe

Tom Holsøe is a partner and head of Poul Schmith’s IT and Digitisation department. Tom advises both public authorities and some of Denmark’s leading companies within telecom, manufacturing, pensions, and the pharmaceutical industry on complex IT projects, including contract drafting, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in advising on some of the largest and most critical IT projects in Denmark, ensuring robust and legally compliant solutions. With a strong background in negotiation, contract law and security, Tom assists clients in structuring and negotiating IT contracts, mitigating risks, and resolving disputes efficiently. He has broad experience litigating before the High Courts and the Supreme Court and has handled cases before national and international arbitration tribunals, as well as the European Court of Justice. Tom is also a qualified arbitrator, having completed the Danish Bar and Law Society's Arbitrator Training.
