He also advises on business-critical legal matters in banking and financial law, and M&A. Flemming draws on his long-standing experience as a general counsel in the financial sector and the IT industry when providing advice. Flemming is the co-author of the Danish text book Sustainability Law (in Danish "Bæredygtighedsret) (Djøf Forlag), and he is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law at University of Copenhagen in the subjects banking and financial law and sustainability law.
