Admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2004; Court of Appeals Advocate; Eleni Likou joined the firm in 2007, having already been an in-house counsel for private life insurance and media/telecommunications companies. As an associate of our law firm, Eleni has advised clients regarding several M&A’s and private equity transactions as well as several group restructurings, granting of credit facilities and several modern methods of financing. In parallel, Eleni acts on a daily basis as an external legal counsel for several types of entities that are active in the e-commerce sector, the electronic communications sector dealing with issues of consumer protection, data protection, corporate law aspects and commercial contracts.
