The head of Kromann Reumert’s lease law team, he also advises commercial lessors and lessees on real estate leasing. Lastly, Steffen is a frequent and sought-after advisor on restructuring, bank agreements and distressed properties/insolvency.

With over 10 years’ experience advising some of the most distinctive actors on the real estate market, Steffen is a valued and trusted advisor to Danish and international clients, servicing investors, project developers, funds and foundations, pension funds, banks, etc.
