Søren serves as the head of Kromann Reumert’s Technology and Outsourcing Groups and is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group. He is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Denmark, and solicitor in England and Wales.
Søren advices a broad range of Danish and foreign businesses on IT and technology transactions, including joint ventures, outsourcing and IT system projects, in Denmark, the UK and other parts of the world. Søren has advised on many of the largest technology projects and disputes in the Danish market.
Søren is rated by Chambers as a “star individual” for outsourcing and is recognised as a leading lawyer by other global rating agencies within it and technology. He is widely published on outsourcing and technology and holds various positions within these areas, including as Co-Chair in the IBA technology committee and as former president of the Danish Association of IT and Telecommunication Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker on international conferences, most recently the World Manage Services Congress in London and the IBA Annual Conference in Sydney, both in 2017, and at the IBA Annual Conference of 2019 in Seoul.
