Bram leads Houthoff’s Corporate/M&A practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, including corporate takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments.

With over 20 years of transactional experience at Houthoff, Bram represents domestic and international private equity and venture capital investors, as well as strategic parties. His expertise in private equity and M&A transactions is widely recognised, earning him the prestigious Hall of Fame title from Legal 500 for his outstanding proficiency in advising private equity firms.

Bram has a key role in advancing Houthoff’s international strategy and network. He is an active member of the International Bar Association, contributing significantly to the firm’s global outreach. Fluent in six languages – Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian and Italian – Bram’s linguistic skills enhance his ability to navigate complex international transactions effectively.
