Gianni & Origoni‘s team has significant experience in the regulation of banking, insurance, financial services, and pension and investment funds, as well as investment offerings on both primary and secondary markets. It also assists with listed issuers’ governance. The group is co-led by Emanuele Grippo, whose practice encompasses investment services, asset management, pension funds and securities regulation; corporate finance and financial and equity capital markets specialist Paolo Bordi; and London-based Marco Zaccagnini. Other key practitioners are Simone D’Avolio and Claudia Colomba. Former partner Raffaele Sansone departed the firm in June 2024.

Gianni & Origoni acts for issuers, selling shareholders and underwriters on significant public offerings of equity securities, along with rights issues and listing procedures. The group also advises listed companies on compliance requirements as well as extraordinary corporate transactions, such as share capital increases and financial instrument-related offerings. Co-led by Paolo Bordi and Emanuele Grippo, the team includes Alessandro Merenda, who ‘always provides valuable advice’, and Antonio Segni, who handles capital markets work alongside his corporate finance and M&A practice.
