Natalia Hernandez is a Partner within the investment services and funds team at Ganado Advocates, and heads the firm’s practice in Luxembourg (Ganado SARL). She joined Ganado Advocates after working for a number of years with several top leading law firms in Luxembourg and Spain. Natalia advises banks and asset managers in the establishment, development and restructuring of their management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg. She provides advice to fund promoters to set up their Luxembourg UCITS, UCIs, SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs and unregulated funds. She also advises them throughout their existence. She is an active member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
