Career

Paweł Grześkowiak heads the Banking & Finance Practice. He specialises in finance and banking law, secured and structured financing operations, private equity transactions and M&A transactions. He has many years of experience in stock exchange law, securities law and securitisation. He represents Polish and international banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, private equity and mezzanine funds, companies and corporations, acting both as lenders and borrowers, issuers of securities as well as guarantors.

He is a Partner in Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw office since 2006. He was admitted to the Bar of Advocates in Warsaw in 2002.

Education

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University and from the Comparative Law Faculty at the University of Strasbourg. He also holds a diploma from the Business Management Course from the French Centre for Business Executives Educations (CEFFIC) in Warsaw, a stock broker licence from the Warsaw Stock Exchange and a DESS in Business Law and European Law from the University of Warsaw under the auspices of the University of Poitiers.
