Career
Wojciech Czyżewski specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He has also taken part in various privatisation processes, in particular in the railway sector. He has extensive experience in creating joint-venture structures, including with State Treasury companies.
He has advised on setting up corporate governance principles in public and private companies. He has participated in important transactions on the mergers and acquisitions market, acting for funds and industry investors, both on the sellers’ and the purchasers’ side. He has taken part in a number of capital market transactions, with particular focus on strategic calls and review by the management boards of public companies. He has also cooperated with seed and venture capital funds with performing investments in entities at an early development stage.
Wojciech, in 2021, has been recommended in the M&A category by the prestigious legal ranking, The Legal 500.
