Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, Nathalie Benoit is a partner in Gide’s Banking & Finance practice. She specialises in acquisition finance, corporate finance and debt restructuring, where she acts on behalf of credit institutions, debt funds, sponsors and industrial groups.
Nathalie is graduated from the University of Paris-Dauphine (Master of Corporate Law) and from the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law).

Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. has a strong involvement alongside banks, while also assisting some borrowers with the setting up of ESG, syndicated and bilateral loans and on acquisition finance and financing of public tender offers. The range of expertise also spans the financing of asset and infrastructures. The team is co-headed by the Eric Cartier-Millon, Nathalie Benoit , Laetitia Lemercier and Farah El-Bsat. Margaux Allilaire , Faten Anis and Eric Bolis were promoted to counsel in January 2024.
