Xavier Lecomte is a senior associate within Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group in Paris. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investments (both domestic and international), joint ventures and general corporate law. Xavier has extensive experience advising clients in emerging countries and spent four years practising in Gide’s office in Algiers.

Prior to joining Gide, Xavier worked six years at Cleary Gottlieb.

Xavier is admitted to the Paris Bar and graduated from the ESSEC business school.
