Paolo Di Giovanni is partner and co-head of the International Arbitration practice. He specialises in litigation and international arbitration with particular focus on corporate law, commercial law, competition law and M&A; international contracts concerning TLCs systems, power plants, underground railway systems, dams and manmade canals and desalination plants; gas supply and price review contracts; environmental damage liability; international corruption. He is a member of the Construction & Engineering, Environmental Sustainability and International Arbitration Focus Teams.

Offering a ‘solid and thorough approach to matters’, BonelliErede is a market leader within Italian litigation and arbitration. The firm regularly represents clients before international arbitral bodies and the Italian appellate courts. It is also involved in the growing areas of class action and climate change litigation.
