Of Counsel Vittoria Giustiniani specialises in corporate law, M&A, capital markets, corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as extraordinary transactions, providing assistance to public and private companies in access to capital markets through IPOs and capital increases, acquisitions (including through mergers, trade in holdings, public offerings, joint venture agreements and commercial agreements), debt restructuring transactions through recourse to instruments other than insolvency procedures, as provided by bankruptcy law, and to further loans as required. She is Team Leader of the Equity Capital Markets Focus Team.
