Christian Ritschka joined DORDA as a student in 2005 and became an associate in 2009. Admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2013, he became partner at DORDA in 2017. He is a rising star of DORDA’s M&A practice and an expert for national and cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on distressed M&A and joint ventures (including syndicate/shareholders agreements). Christian advises national and international clients, from start-ups to multinational companies.
