Bernhard is the head of the competition practice group at CERHA HEMPEL. He has built the competition practice from scratch into one of the largest in Austria and is recognised by his clients and peers for his expertise in all aspects of competition law. He regularly advises on high-profile cartel cases in Austria and at EU level and was involved in almost all cartel investigations conducted by the Austrian authorities in the past year.  Bernhard is renowned for his know-how in complex merger control proceedings both on EU level and in Austria.
