Søren Christensen Volder specialises primarily in enterprises in financial distress or subject to bankruptcy proceedings.

Søren has worked with insolvency for more than 15 years and is, consequently, highly experienced in all insolvency law disciplines. Søren advises financial clients on how to handle customers in financial distress, and he also renders assistance to enterprises in financial distress seeking a settlement with creditors.

Other than working with ordinary commercial enterprises, Søren has worked intensely with distressed members of the farming industry throughout the last couple of years. Søren works with most members of the Danish farming industry, and he has over the years dealt with a very large number of farms subject to insolvency proceedings.

Søren has a right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and was appointed acting judge at the Danish High Court. He is a certified insolvency lawyer as well. Søren regularly conducts legal proceedings on avoidance of claims, D&O liability, guarantee claims and other financial issues.
