Lawyer Rankings

Norway > Real estate

Offering clients ‘deep legal expertise with strong commercial insight’, BAHR‘s real estate caseload contains significant and complex real estate transactions and structuring work. Demonstrating this expertise is practice head Andreas Rørvik; under his leadership the practice has seen an increase in energy industry mandates, advising on energy site acquisitions and developments. The practice is well supported by the ‘highly competent and experienced’ Anne Sofie Bjørkholt, who is recommended for transactions, development work and the structuring of real estate portfolios. For tax work, company law issues and the structuring of complex partnership agreements within the industry, Ole Andreas Dimmen is a key contact, while Erik Langseth is a good name for joint ventures and syndicated real estate structures.
