Career

Andreas is a member of BAHRs practice group for Real Estate. He joined BAHR as a Partner in 2021. ​Andreas has extensive experience with real estate law, company law, stock exchange and securities law, financing, framework conditions for finance institutions and tax and duty issues related to transactions. He has a special focus on transactions and development projects within the real estate industry, including structuring of transactions and shareholders agreements.  He mainly provides advice to private and public real estate companies, family offices, private equity companies, securities institutions, banks, insurance companies, funds and investment companies.
