Dr. Oliver Künzler, Partner, leads the practice group M&A / Corporate and is a member of the executive board of Wenger Plattner. He primarily deals with international and national M&A transactions, restructurings, private equity and venture capital transactions, financings, and the establishment of international companies. Additionally, he advises shareholders and companies on all aspects of contract, commercial, and corporate law.
Another focus of his work is advising SMEs, particularly in the area of business succession and its structuring.
Dr. Oliver Künzler also serves as a board member or trustee in various companies and foundations.
He regularly publishes and lectures on topics related to contract, commercial, and corporate law. He is active in several national and international professional organizations and serves as an expert in business succession.

Monika Bieri, partner, Tax Partners
Monika Bieri holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a LL.M. in International Taxation. She started her career as a tax advisor in national and international tax law at Ernst & Young. After working in the tax department of an international MNE, she joined Tax Partner in 2016. Her main areas of expertise over the last around 20 years include international corporate tax law matters and transfer pricing. Monika Bieri is the author of various publications on Swiss and international tax law and is also a regular speaker at professional events.
Alberto Lissi, partner, Tax Partners
Alberto Lissi is an attorney at law and a certified tax expert. He holds a PhD in International Taxation from the University of Zurich. Alberto started his career as a tax advisor in national and international taxation at Arthur Andersen. He has been a partner at Ernst & Young Switzerland since 2007 and joined Tax Partner in 2012. His broad experience over the last 25 years covers national and international tax planning, structuring and reorganisations for private clients and enterprises, as well as all tax aspects in the financial sector. Alberto Lissi is a frequent speaker and lecturer at public tax seminars and postgraduate master’s studies, as well as a regular author of publications on international and national tax law.
