Marios Bouloukos, Dr. iur., is a lawyer admitted to practice before the Greek Supreme Court, with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He serves as Counsel at Thesis Law Firm, where he has developed a broad practice advising on business, corporate and commercial matters, supporting both domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries. He has been actively involved in high-profile acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and complex commercial and real estate transactions, and has significant experience advising on public tenders and public procurement.
He holds a Doctorate in Law (Dr. iur.) from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He obtained his LL.B. from the same institution and subsequently earned a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business Law (Droit des affaires) from the University of Strasbourg.
He is fluent in Greek, English, and French.

Kloy Tsiaga is the Founding and Managing Partner of Thesis Law Firm, an independent Athens-based firm with a strong track record in cross-border corporate and M&A deals, real estate transactions, complex NPL work, compliance and taxation. Ms. Tsiaga has advised on numerous high-value M&A and real estate projects in Greece and abroad and also serves on the Board of Directors of a publicly listed company in India.
Her practice also encompasses public works, procurement law, and infrastructure projects, where she has advised global engineering and construction firms on complex developments in sectors such as transportation, water, and residential and commercial property development.
Earlier in her career, she served as a special advisor to Greek ministries and public entities and co-authored the compilation of Greek legislation on public works in English.

Chara Grigoriadou, associate, ALG Manousakis Law Firm
Chara Grigoriadou is a Greek qualified lawyer and a member of Thessaloniki’s Bar Association with a diverse legal background and a specialization on Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Privacy and Intellectual Property Law.
Chara embarked on her legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at the State Legal Council (NSK), and later as a Lawyer at Law Firms in Thessaloniki and Athens where she specialized in Civil, Commercial and Immigration Law.

Panagiotis Polychronopoulos, senior associate, ALG Manousakis Law Firm
Panagiotis is an experienced Supreme Court Lawyer with over 14 years of expertise in providing comprehensive legal counsel to organizations, companies and individual investors. He has a strong track record in managing a wide spectrum of litigation alongside proficiency in diverse corporate matters and commercial contracts, financing agreements, real estate, intellectual property and labor law.

His role involves high-level advisory on dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and the navigation of intricate corporate conflicts. Additionally, he has been heavily involved in major corporate transactions, including high-value Sales & Purchases (S/Ps), company spin-offs, and “mega-deals,” where he is responsible for reviewing the entire process and negotiating the terms of high-value contracts.
His practice also encompasses the pharmaceutical sector and international contracting, where he drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in English for global clients. He possesses extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) agreements, and various ancillary contracts within the clinical trial framework, providing strategic legal support to ensure compliance with diverse international regulatory requirements.

Evi Mathiou, legal, compliance & quality associate director, Novo Nordisk
Evi Mathiou is an Attorney-at-Law, registered with the Athens Bar Association and licensed to litigate before the Supreme Court. She currently serves as Legal, Compliance and Quality Associate Director at Novo Nordisk for Greece and Cyprus, where she acts as functional country head and is a member of the leadership team. She also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Law.
In her role, she leads integrated legal and compliance strategies that enable business growth while ensuring regulatory adherence and high-quality standards. She drives strategic initiatives that promote a culture of integrity and support sustainable and ethical business practices across the organization. Eleana Nikolopoulou, director, legal and compliance, Lavipharm
Eleana Nikolopoulou is a lawyer and Head of Legal and Compliance with a fresh legal and business perspective, passionate about redefining the traditional role of legal counsel into that of a strategic business partner within the corporate environment, and setting up effective and customer centric legal functions, while establishing a compliance culture across the organisation.
Her top skills include corporate governance expertise and risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and Hellenic Capital Market Commission Guidelines. Polyxeni Kyriopoulou, head of legal, Elpen Pharmaceutical Co.
Xenia Kyriopoulou is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Athens and Berlin Bar Associations, currently serving as Head of Legal at ELPEN Pharmaceutical Co. Inc., one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Greece, with a diverse product portfolio and a strong export presence across major European and international markets.
With over a decade of in-house legal expertise spanning both Greece and Germany, in her current role, Xenia leads a business-oriented legal team at ELPEN that is closely aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
She holds two master’s degrees from Freie Universität Berlin and the International University of Dresden. Her areas of expertise include complex contract negotiations, export activities, market access initiatives for the Greek market, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Mrs. Sophia Michelaki, lawyer, is the Chief Legal & Governance Officer of DESFA, as of DESFA’s establishment in 2007 and before that she served as Deputy head of DEPA’s department (as of 2005). She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Department of Law) and holds a post graduate degree from ULB, (License Special European Law). Mrs. Michelaki is a member of the Athens Bar Association. Her native language is Greek and has a full professional competence in English and French. She also has a limited professional competence in German and Italian.

Katerina Mangana, legal affairs director, ION
Katerina Mangana is a Supreme Court lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LLB and an LLM in International and Maritime Law.
