Luxembourg, 3 October 2013 - Chan Park will join MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour as a partner on 22 October 2013.

His primary role will be advising the firm's Corporate & M&A clients and further developing its practice in this area. "We're thrilled that Chan is joining us", said Michel Molitor, Managing Partner. "He has a profound understanding of corporate law in Luxembourg combined with a great deal of experience working through complex cross-border transactions. Chan has more than fourteen years of experience in advising local and international companies from the financial and non-financial industries on Corporate, M&A and corporate finance issues. He was previously a Counsel at D.Law where he worked with multinational companies from all over Europe, Asia and the U.S.A. on corporate and M&A transactions, cross-border restructuring and corporate finance transactions. Prior to that, Chan was a Director in the Tax & Consulting service line of a Big4 company in Luxembourg. From 1999 until 2008, he worked as a corporate finance lawyer mainly with a major Benelux law firm in Brussels and as a foreign associate at a New York based law firm.

Chan received his law degree (licence en droit) at the University of Louvain, Belgium, and holds a master of laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, USA.  He is fluent in English, French and Korean.
