Our Telecommunications, Media and Technologies (TMT) team is a renowned leader in this field as it is formed by experienced professionals who are well versed and knowledgeable in matters concerning telephony, Internet, data transmission (terrestrial and satellite) and e-commerce, among others.

We provide comprehensive advice, including all regulatory (national, provincial and municipal), corporate, commercial, tax, customs, labor and transactional aspects, from the start-up of a project until its potential sale, adding value throughout the entire process. We provide assistance to our clients in the proceedings required to apply for licenses to provide media and telecommunications services before the Argentine Telecommunications Office (ENACOM, acronym in Spanish for Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones) and the transfer thereof, acting on behalf of our clients in administrative and judicial proceedings in broadcasting matters, drafting agreements and representing our clients before the relevant governmental authorities.
