local regulatory / local government issues, development, property management services and letting / renting
until selling the properties. Our practice has special focus on industrial and commercial real property, which
we believe is quite unique in the Hungarian market.
Our practice takes pride in the long-term relationship with our clients based on trust. Compared to the large
law networks present in Hungary, we can both rely on our strong local knowledge and high-quality work,
due to our experience gained by serving our international clientele.
Our firm is the exclusive permanent legal partner of CTP Hungary since 2016 which became during our 8
years of cooperation the largest logistic facility (warehouse) developer and operator in Hungary over a GLA
of 1M sqm.
