We also advise on the acquisition of completed projects, through the direct acquisition of the asset as well as of the corporate structure used to explore this asset.

The team represents clients in the most diverse real estate businesses, comprising the many different levels of complexity and sophistication, such as leases, rentals, exchanges, purchase and sale, land regularization, etc., besides matters related to urban law, i.e., zoning, construction regulation, work and operating permits etc., particularly focusing on the following sectors: industrial, hospitality, retail and real estate development (developers and subdividers).

Our services also encompass assisting our clients in the use of legal structures that secure financing through capital markets for the development of real estate projects, by means of real estate investment funds; securitization of real estate receivables; build-to-suit, sale-lease-back, and buy-to-lease transactions; and offers of collective investment contracts, especially regarding the hospitality industry (condo hotels).
