This portfolio is managed and led by Mr. T. Tharumarajah who is assisted by a team of Associates. Our medical malpractice team is experienced in handling claims both at the trial and appellate level. We act for local and foreign insurers and handle claims on behalf of both private hospitals as well as private medical practitioners across the whole of Peninsular Malaysia with advisory services for claims arising in East Malaysia wherein we adopt the role of instructing solicitors. Mr. T. Tharumarajah was the secretary of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia and currently a comittee member. He has delivered talks on medical law at various seminars.
