Our regulatory and industry knowledge gives us the possibility of being a leading player in the development of the Fintech industry in the country. We have also represented international credit institutions acting as lenders and as administrative agents in syndicated credit operations.

We actively work with all the actors involved in financial and capital market transactions, including, among others, domestic and foreign financial institutions, financial infrastructure providers and real sector companies in the different transactions.

We have extensive experience with regard to the stock market, in particular in assisting clients in processes of acquisition and taking over control of listed companies, through Takeover Bids (OPA, for its Spanish acronym) or privatization processes of goverrnment companies. Likewise, we have actively participated in the working groups created by the Colombian Stock Exchange, such as Colombia Capital, to promote the participation in the stock market of new companies or for the establishment of private capital funds.

Our experience also extends to advising on the establishment of international investment funds, whether individual or institutional, advice to financial and foreign asset management institutions so that they can promote, through representation offices or correspondent contracts entered into with local stockbrokers, their products and services.
