Luther Luxembourg’s Employment Law Practice consists of two members: Marie Sinniger, Partner with 12 years of experience in handling labor matters for professional services firms, asset managers, and more, and Thomas Alberti, Senior Associate with over 10 years of experience in labor law in Luxembourg and France.
The team offers comprehensive advice to corporations, asset managers, professional services firms, grocery retail, manufacturing, telecom, technology, and construction firms. They help these organizations effectively manage their workforce, navigate new challenges, resolve disputes efficiently, and find suitable solutions to complex and sensitive labor issues. Additionally, they provide guidance to individuals seeking employment-related assistance.
