KPMG Finland’s full-service employment practice handles all kinds of employment related matters, both for private and public sector clients, ranging from company reorganisations to employment disputes and transactions to discrimination issues, including the related criminal proceedings. The team also handles public sector, especially municipal sector reorganisations as well as international secondments related to which the team closely co-operates with the firm’s people services team.

Senior Manager Mika Honkanen, who has extensive experience especially in complex employment disputes and very strong track record in winning cases before courts, leads the team.  Manager Anu Vormisto is noted for her expertise in advising employers to be compliant with their employer responsibilities (especially documentation responsibilities). Manager Mira Isosomppi has strong experience in company reorganisation and dismissal procedures as well as co-operation procedures preceding them. Assistant Manager Aki Laitinen is noted for his experience in international secondment cases.
