HHQ’s participation in public interest litigation starts with its representation of the 1948 Batang Kali massacre incident. We represent the victims’ families in seeking redress for the killings from the high court in United Kingdom to now the European Court of Human Rights. We often provide pro-bono or cost-effective packages and other innovative funding to enable litigants to seek redress.
