  • Carried out an investigation to present eight legal processes against small plant breeders who are producing and commercializing protected plant varieties in the province of Cotopaxi.

  • Coordinated actions with the Customs Authority (SENAE) and the intellectual property authority (SENADI) in order to avoid the export of illegal plants to Europe and the United States.
