Deals

From 2004 to 2013, we have successfully represented Metroselskabet in the largest arbitration case ever before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. The case concerned contractor’s claims totaling in excess of DKK 3 billion relating to Stages 1 and 2A of the Copenhagen Metro.

In 2011-2012, we represented Metroselskabet in the largest case to date before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement regarding the tendering of the City Ring project (DKK 21 billion).

Insurance company Tryg Forsikring A/S instructs us as counsel to technical consultants in a number of court and arbitration cases concerning professional negligence in relation to projects in Denmark and abroad.
