  • Transportation, Infrastructure, and Roads: The Firm represents toll roads’ concessionaires in contracts’ implementation disputes. The Firm client’s portfolio also includes airport concessionaires and public transportation government contractors in their contracts with the national Government and several municipalities around the country.

Key Clients are: (i) Sociedad Operadora de Aeropuertos de Centro y Norte S.A. Airplan S.A. (which operates six national airports including the second most important international airport of Colombia), (ii) Corficolombiana (which includes Concesiones CCFC S.A., Concesionaria Vial de Los Andes S.A.S., Episol S.A.S., Concesionaria Vial del Pacífico S.A.S., Concesionaria Nueva Vía al Mar S.A.S., Concesionaria Vial Andina S.A.S., Concesionaria Panamericana S.A.S., Coninvial S.A.S., Proyectos de Infraestructura S.A., Concesionaria, Desarrollo Vía Al Mar S.A.S.; (iii) Consorcio Vía al Mar; among others, (iv) Grupo Aeroportuario del Caribe S.A.S., (v) Concesionaria Ruta Del Cacao S.A.S., and (vi) Odinsa.

  • Energy, Oil and Gas, and Mining: For many years, the firm has successfully represented and still represents in some major arbitral and fiscal proceedings, amongst other corporations, Drummond Ltd. (the second biggest mining corporation in the country), South 32 (Cerromatoso S.A. Subsidiary) – the second largest producer of ferronickel and the fifth largest of nickel in the world. In addition, currently, the firm represents in several disputes and transactions, among others, ConocoPhillips Colombia, Occidental Colombia L.L.C. (OXY), V.P. Ingenergía S.A. E.S.P. and GASNOVA (Asociación Colombiana del G.L.P.) -oil and gas-; Cerrejón Zona Norte S.A. (B.H.P., Anglo American & Glencore),  Carbones San Fernando S.A.S. -mining-; Vatia S.A.
