Lexia assisted an international bank that provides retail and corporate banking products and services to individuals and business clients – in the definition and drafting of their data protection group plan, the analysis of the transfer of personal data between Italy and England, as well as the role of the Italian branch in relation to the English parent company in the context of the privacy organisation chart and responsibilities under the GDPR. Lexia also acts as external DPO.

Lexia has assisted a Fintech, e-payments and IT company listed in the Italian Stock Exchange until May 2022 – with the whole privacy project concerning the compliance of all the group’s companies with the GDPR matters.

The firm assisted a Fintech company offering various IT solutions for the management of SEPA direct debits, e-mandates and on-line payments – in the review and negotiation of the terms and conditions to be entered into with a major Italian e-merchant.

Lexia is assisting a company specializing in SAAS solutions for e-commerce, particularly in providing SAAS platforms for industry and large-scale food retailers – in the ongoing consultancy regarding GDPR matters. The assistance included the drafting of the relevant documentation in the field of data protection (data processing agreements, internal policies and procedures, information notices, etc.). Lexia also provided assistance to the company with reference to audits conducted by DPOs of restore clients.
