Our members have broad civil practices with an emphasis on securities & regulatory, banking, commercial, competition, company & shareholders disputes and insurance litigation. They have regularly acted for the Securities and Futures Commission and parties under investigation in a number of landmark cases before the courts and the specialist tribunals.
